Dear father of Karen and Scott Stokley of Belmont, Paul Nixon of Granton, John and Cathy Nixon of London and Anne Marie Nixon and her friend David Hurd of Belmont. Dear grandfather of Mike and Stacy; Amanda and Aleesha; and Holly and Jared. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Doris Mills of Watson, Saskatchewan, Helen and Stan Wyatt of Denfield, Marion and Bill Thomson of Granton, Rhoda and Percy Bramhill of Cambridge, Beryl Heighway of Ilderton, Bruce Nixon of Ailsa Craig and Ralph and Ruth Nixon of St. Marys. Predeceased by a brother Robert Nixon and a sister Dorothy Hern. Friends may call at the C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 5th at 11AM with Val Hodgins officiating. Interment Granton Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
