Passed away after a short illness at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Monday, November 21, 2022 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Art Cooney and late Rodney Fulton. Cherished mother of Krista, Becky, and Jodie and step-mother of Sandra and Jodi. Adored grandmother of Mercedes and great-grandmother of Carter and Tyler. Sister-in-law of Charlie Pearson. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Darlene.
In keeping with Arlene’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Home, EXETER (519-235-1220).
Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

My sincere condolences to Art and Arlene’s family. Arlene was a great person and friend who loved people and in turn they loved her back. She was fun to be around, kind and easy to talk to….everyone enjoyed her company. Arlene was certainly a lady that had style in every way. She will sadly be missed but never forgotten. Arlene would always end a conversation with….Love you, Miss you, Bye. Let your little light shine Arlene as you continue your journey and blow me a kiss every once in a while and I’ll blow you one back!
