Patterson, Ellen A. (“Helen”) in London, Ontario, December 30, 2003 in her 98th year. Predeceased in 1987 by her beloved husband of 53 years, Howard Linklater Patterson. Loving sister of Dorothy Hibbert of London, predeceased by a brother Handford Hibbert. Dear mother of David and Ivi Patterson of Oakville, Diana and Ron Urquhart of North York, Dorothy and Gord Duncan of Lucan, Carolyn (“Casey”) and Lindsay Barfoot of Breslau. Fondly remembered by 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Helen was born and raised in Boissevain, Manitoba. She taught in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario and lived in Toronto 1948-1996. She was much enjoyed for her love of family and hospitality to many young people. Cremation will be followed by a family memorial service in Lucan, Ontario. Interment will take place beside her husband in Boissevain, Manitoba. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. C.
