At Exeter Villa on Sunday, March 2, 2008 Edward C. (Ted) Prouty in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (MacDonald) Prouty. Dear father of Dave and Beth Prouty of Exeter and Esther and Bill Stewardson of Corbett. Dear grandfather of Christa and Jonathan Lockyer and Sally and Darren Milley; Paula and Rodney Hamilton, Aimee and Kevin McKee and Kimberly Stewardson. Also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Milford and Shirley Prouty of Exeter. Predeceased by a son Paul. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 2 PM with Pastor Scott Stein and Pastor Doug Watson officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to Emmanuel Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
