Born in Voorst, the Netherlands in 1930, Anna immigrated to Canada in 1955. Anna passed away peacefully at the Exeter Villa on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of William Duenk (2024) for 69 years. Cherished mother of Kevin and Jackie Duenk, Martin Duenk and Joanne Scott, Mary and Mike Ondrejika, and Peter Duenk and Karen Eatwell. Adored grandmother of Cale, Eric, Mallory; Danielle, Michaela; Sarah, Hilary, and Emily, and great-grandmother of 10. Fondly remembered by her many siblings, nieces, nephews and the extended Duenk, Brus and family in the Netherlands. Predeceased by her first born infant daughter, siblings, and her parents Johannes and Anna Josephina Brus.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Exeter Villa for the compassion and care provided to Anna during her stay.
A private mass will be held for both Anna and William at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Lucan.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

Uit de verhalen van mijn vader Theo Duenk hoorde ik dat ze altijd erg gastvrij was als hij (en andere familieleden Duenk) bij haar en oom Willy thuis logeerden tijdens de vakanties in Canada.
