Peacefully, at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, with family by his side on Saturday, December 16, 2017 of Grand Bend formerly of Hensall in his 73rd year. Dear husband of the late Sharon Doxtator (2009). Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sid, Irla (Dean), Tyman (Dee), Allan (Liz), Carlette (Ken), Jo-Anne, Elaine, Lindy, Robert (Donna), Verlie, and Vivian. Loving God Father of Quentin and Ashton. Cherished uncle of 33 nieces and nephews, 63 great nieces and nephews and 18 great-great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Carrie (Bunn) and Joe Doxtator, sister Edith, brothers Wally, Carl, and Dave and brother-in- laws Gordon and Alvin.
At Chuck’s request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Interment Hensall Union Cemetery, Hensall. Haskett Funeral Home, Exeter (519-235-1220) entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to the Lung Association, Hensall United Church or the South Huron Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
