With her family at her side, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Thursday, June 11, 2009 Donna Elaine (MacEwen) Smith, of Hensall, born February 4, 1929 in her 81st year. Beloved wife and best friend of Harry for 60 years. Dear mother of Jerry and his wife Kirsten of Exeter and grandmother of Samantha and Brandon Dayman. Predeceased by her parents Almond (1950) and Inez (1982) MacEwen. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Monday 3-5 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 16th at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Hensall Union Cemetery. Donations to St. Elizabeth Health Care, South Huron Hospital or Carmel Presbyterian Church, Hensall would be appreciated by the family.
