At LHSC-University Hospital, London on Monday, November 29, 2021 of Brucefield and formerly of Bayfield at the age of 52. Dear husband of Sandy Dobson of Jamaica. Dear father of Robin Dobson (Ty Ramsey), and Crystal Dobson both of Barrie. Dear grandfather of Jaliyah White. Dear brother and brother-in law of, Kim Mostrey of Clinton, and Kandice and Steve Austin of Goderich. Missed by his friends Loreena Simpson of Vanastra, Peter Overall (Springer) and Sharon Devine aka Mama Doug of Brucefield. Predeceased by his parents Ross and Joyce (Witmer) Dobson, and a sister Kelly Elder. Dean will be remembered for his great sense of humour, his generosity, and for helping out those in need. He loved to talk, tell stories, and play music until all hours of the morning.
Cremation has taken place. Haskett Funeral Home, ZURICH entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to United Way Perth-Huron would be appreciated by the family.

We have many fond memories of spending time with Dean and his sisters at family gatherings and Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Witmer’s home. He was always good natured and loved these times. In our last phone call in November he told me of his love for his family today.
