Dixon, Mary Pearl (nee Smith)
Peacefully at Sunrise of Aurora Nursing Home, on Monday April 27, 2020, Mary Pearl Dixon (nee Smith) formerly of New Westminster, B.C. and Grand Bend, ON. at the age of 95. Mary is reunited with her beloved late husband Samuel Stewart “Sam” Dixon (2001). Much Loved mother and mother in law of Bruce & Nancy Dixon of Newmarket, Bill & Carrie Dixon of Innisfil, Mark Dixon & Adrien McCabe of Sarnia and Karen Dixon of Courtice, Ont. Cherished grandma of the late Jenny (2018) (Bill), Mark; Kodie, Shania, Julia (Rick), Matthew, Nathan, Lily (Daryl); Andrea (Melanie), Peter (Genna), Catherine and great grandma of Aaron Dixon (Alessia), Jackie & April McCorkell; Hanna & Griffin Klein, Katelyn & Sarah Palmerio All of her dear sisters, brothers and in-laws pre-deceased her. Mary was loved and will be remembered by her nieces and nephews and their families.
A Private burial will take place at the Pinery Cemetery, in Mary’s hometown of Grand Bend, Ontario, with The Rev. Fr. Tony Laforet. Memorial Donations may be made in Mary’s name to Oxfam, World Vision or the Alzheimer Society.
