DIEBEL: Peacefully, at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, on Sunday, August 19, 2018, Laureen (Oesch) Diebel, of Hensall, formerly of Exeter and Dashwood, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of (the late) Clarence “Barney” Diebel (2003). Loved sister of Vera Guenther. She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents David and Veronica “Fanny” (Gascho) Oesch, siblings Violet (Alvin) Rader, Vernon (Madge) Oesch, Carl (Miriam) Oesch and brother-in-law Lloyd Guenther. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation commencing Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 11a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 12p.m. Interment Exeter Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to The Huron County Food Bank or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
