DESJARDINE: Peacefully, at his residence, Blue Water Rest Home Apartments, Zurich, Friday, February 17, 2006, Elroy Lloydon Desjardine of Zurich, age 81. Beloved husband of the late Myraline (Murray) Desjardine (1995). Loved father of Sandra and Ron Dickert of Exeter, Ron and Sally Desjardine of Zurich. Loving grandpa of Rob, Paul and Melissa, Patti-Ann and friend Jason, Chad and Becky, Richard and Jenna and great-grandpa of eight. Also remembered by his brother-in-law Alvin Murray of London and nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Herbert and Fern (Walper) Desjardine. Resting at the T Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the Zurich Mennonite Church, Monday, February 20, 2006 at 2 p.m. Pastor Phil Wagler officiating. Spring interment Emmanuel United Church Cemetery, Zurich. If desired, memorial donations to the Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated.
