My condolences to the darlings and extended family, for many years I lived next door to Donald and Joyce with my Grandparents, Donaldโs ambition to tinker in the garage next door on anything with an engine always fascinated me and I looked up to him for that, he was kind and caring, and always willing to lend a hand when needed, memoryโs fade but Donaldโs presence will never be forgotten,

My condolences to Joyce, Sean and the rest of the Darling family. Don and I started high school together, riding the same bus to and from every day. Don was the pitcher on several soft ball teams where I was a team mate. Good bye old friend, you have left us but we will remember you.

So sorry for your loss. I grew up in Medina and worked for Don baling hay and straw. Memories of great meals with Don and his Mom. Don was a Great guy.

I always enjoyed a chat with Don as he tinkered with a lawn mower engine in the garage. Meticulous in cleaning the parts before starting a rebuilding project he truly enjoyed his past-time. I knew a restoration was a success when I saw Don riding an antique mower around the cul de sac. I have missed his quiet presence as health failed.
Sincere sympathy,
Margaret Hern
