Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at South Huron Hospital on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Allan Crerar (2013). Dear mother of Dan and Linda Crerar of RR 1 Hensall, and Beth and Gary Jennison of Grand Bend. Cherished grandmother of Stacey, Brett (Kelsey); Karie (Matt), Kaley (Aaron) and Amy (Ian) and great-grandmother of Adam, Alex, Cheyenne, Anna, Cadence, Colby, Liam, Evan, Hudson, Andrew, Ethan. Survived by sisters-in-law Pauline Ingram, and Marlene Ingram. Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Ingram, and by her siblings David Ingram, Ray Ingram, and Bill Ingram, and her sister-in-law Janice Ingram.
A Celebration of Jean’s Life will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, EXETER on Saturday, May 31st from 1 – 3 PM with words of remembrance at 1:30 PM. Cremation with inurnment Exeter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the South Huron Hospital Foundation be appreciated by the family.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We were saddened to learn of Jean’s passing on Saturday. Jean was my mom’s hairdresser and cut my hair a few times as well. Jean and Al were then the custodians at Hensall Public School and my mom had the privilege of seeing them every day. I do recall a few of their chats as mom would share when she got home. Jean was a lovely lady and very creative. Sarah had a bunny that your mom had made. It received a lot of love over the years.
