Passed away at Stratford General Hospital, on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the age of 65. Adored former husband of Mary Hart. Cherished father of the late Jacob David Michael Cowan (2013), and papa of Nikkita, and North. Dear brother of Leonard Cowan and Joey Cowan. Nephew of Irena, Eva, and Dodo. Cousin of Linda Slade and Joseph and Tracy Brooker. Fondly remembered by close friends Will, Robert, Steve, Kevin, Al, Peter, and Missy and by the extended Hart, Cowan and Harrison families. Predeceased by his mother Marina Cowan.
We will all greatly miss seeing Perry on his daily scooter ride and window cleaning for the Exeter Christian Reformed Church.
In keeping with Perry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Exeter Christian Reformed Church, 330 Huron Street West, Exeter, on Wednesday, April 12th from 11 AM – 2 PM with words of remembrance starting at 11:30 AM. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Homes, EXETER (519-235-1220).
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Liver Foundation, or Kidney Foundation in Perry’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
