COOPER: Glenn Leroy

COOPER:  Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital, London, on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, Glenn Leroy Cooper of Hensall, formerly of Huron Park, age 66.  Beloved husband of Elaine Ann (South) (Hodgins) Cooper.  Loved father and father-in-law of Tracy and Jim Harley of London, the late Shawn Cooper (2001) and his fiancée Tabatha Farrell of Goderich, Troy and Carla Cooper of Exeter, Karol and Darrin Boyd and Morgan Duke all of London.  Cherished grandpa of Sean McQuiggan, Arik McQuiggan, Joshua McQuiggan, Zachary Kemps, Brandon Cooper and Becca Brady, Justice Cooper and Ava Cooper.  Treasured great-grandpa of Shawn Cooper.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Gerald Cooper of Underwood, Eileen and Dennis Plyley of London, Ross and Shirley Cooper of Ingersoll and Christine South of England.  Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his parents Hubert Morley and Bernice (Carrick) Cooper, brother Frank Cooper and sisters-in-law Jean Cooper and Lynette Cooper, Elaine’s son Kaine Hodgins (1973).  A Funeral Service for Glenn will be held at the Hensall United Church, on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  The Rev. David Carrothers Officiating.  Cremation to follow with Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, London.  Glenn was a long time employee of Exeter Machine/Gnutti, Huron Park.  He was a former member of the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 468, Hensall.  Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood.  If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to South Huron Hospital Foundation or the London Health Sciences Centre – Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
