Passed away at LHSC-University Hospital on Monday, July 15, 2024 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Jan (McIndoo) Chittenden for 53 years. Dear father of Melanie Quinlan (Derek), Julie Howell (Trent), Justin Chittenden (Ann Marie). Proud grandpa of Liam and Kian (Melanie), Gabriel and Aria (Julie), Olivia and Evelyn (Justin). Cherished son of Eileen Chittenden and the late Donald Chittenden. Dear brother of Anne Chittenden (John), the late Geoffrey Chittenden, Mari McIntyre (Dave) and brother-in-law of Robert “Bob” McIndoo.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Friday, July 19th from 11 AM – 12 NOON, where the memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM. Cremation with family interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Lucan.
If desired, donations to MS Canada would be greatly appreciated.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

My father passed on the heartbreaking news about Martin. I am so sorry. When I was a kid, he was one of my favourite cousins. Always so kind and patient with us younger ones. I was so sad to see this. I have so many fond memories of “growing up” in your home with Melanie. Martin had that sharp, dry wit about him!
