BROWNING: George Hugh of London, formerly of Komoka

Peacefully, with family by his side, on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, of London, and formerly of Komoka, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Florence (Pargeter) Browning. Dear father of Brenda and John Bissett of Birr, Robert Browning and Brenda Burleigh of London, Deborah and John Peeler of Stratford and step-father of Randy and Donna Pargeter, Rick Pargeter, and Robert Pargeter. Dear grandfather of Mikael, Jordan and Keri-Lyn, Connor and Julia; Christopher; Stephanie and James; Rachel and Ryan; and great grandfather of Rowan, Finn, Abel, Gannon, Caleb, Noah, Liam, and Colin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Robert and Helen Browning, Bonnie Japp and Frank LeFrank, Linda and Roy Hanson all of London, and Evelyn Browning of Madoc. Predeceased by a brother Beverley, and a grandson William.  A special thank you to George’s extended family at Parkwood Institute’s Western Counties Wing – Veteran’s Care for their care and compassion over the years. 

Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street LUCAN on Saturday, March 16th from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, where the funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Reverend Darrell Shaule officiating. Cremation with interment, Woodland Cemetery London.
