At Craigwiel Gardens, Ailsa Craig on Friday, December 5, 2014, of Ailsa Craig and formerly of Lucan. in his 85th year. Predeceased by his brother Allan Blane (2013). Dear uncle of Bill and Winnie Blane, Earl and Diane Blane, Gordon and Sharon Blane, Roger and Sheila Blane, and Verna McCallum and John Clarke all of Lucan, David and Diane Blane of Okotoks, Alberta, Donna and Bruce Parnall of London, and Ronald Blane of Port Franks. Laverne will be missed by his many great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his niece Helen Blane.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan one hour prior to the funeral service, which will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, at 11 AM with Rev. Darrell Shaule officiating. Interment McTavish Cemetery, Tavistock.
