Barbara (Masse) Brouwer
Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital on November 10, 2012 of Lucan and formerly of St. Joseph in her 65th year.  Beloved wife of Jan Brouwer.  Cherished mother of Vicki Cromwell (Jeff Cassidy), and Richard Purcell (Timi).  Treasured grandmother of Jessica Cromwell (Eric Cammaert) and Jack Purcell.  Loving great-grandmother of Tristan and Morgan Cromwell.  Dearly loved by her mother Alvena Masse, and siblings Michael Masse (Gaylyn) and Theresa Masse (Larry Price).  Previously deceased by her father Louise (Bob) Masse, and siblings Robert, Patrick and Annette.  Dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Many thanks to Dr. Hernandez and nurses at the University Hospital in London, and to Dr. Paul Ryan and nurses at the South Huron Hospital in Exeter.  Special thanks to in-home nurses Jeannette, Judy and Joyce.
Memorial Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, St. Joseph (73334 Bluewater Hwy., RR #2 Zurich) on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 10 am with Father Graham Keep celebrant.  Reception to follow at the Church Hall.  Cremation with internment at St. Peter’s Catholic Church Cemetery.
Donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

    Barb & I had been friends for 47 years. She was super great I heart is so heavy & I know Jan,Vicky, Rich, and her all the other family friends & family will miss her terribilty. She always called me sis that is what I called her. If I could fly from Brantford & be with you tomorrow I would. Just remember sis I’ll see you again. I loved her so much!!!!!

    Jan, The other night we watched a movie on the life of Mark Twain.The actor who played his part bore a striking resemblance of you but more incredible was his relationship with his wife. Deeply in love with each other we saw you and Barb and what you had and have . We are so very sorry for your /our loss and we wish for you the courage to continue your work here and make her proud.

    My deepest sympathy to Barbs family. Barb and I worked at a flower shop together for a few years about 20 years ago. Memorial Tree

Each year we hold a tree dedication ceremony at Morrison Dam in Exeter. We purchase a tree to be planted in memory of the lives lost from the previous year.

Our Service Coverage Area

Service AreaWe are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

Potential Additional Transportation Fees

$150 - If transport requires more than one person, additional fee charged per person required
$150 - If transport occurs outside Mon-Fri, 9-5 business hours
