BALDWIN: Peacefully, but unexpectedly, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Sunday, March 24, 2019, Jeanie Irvine (McWhirter) Baldwin of Grand Bend, age 93. Beloved wife of the late Donald Ernest Baldwin (1987). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ian Baldwin (1986), Lynn Baldwin-Smith (John) of London, Mairi Kennedy of Grande Prairie, AB, Tammy Lundy (David) of Parkhill. Cherished grandma of Aimee Marcos (Benny), Jesse Baldwin (Stefanie), Celeste Ellerby, Dean Smith (Meredith), Keri Jamali (Vafa), Hilary Smith, Natasha Kennedy, Christina Kennedy, Kyle Kennedy, Jennifer Lundy (Kevin Sawden), Amanda Lundy (Gord Hodgson). Treasured great-grandma of Noah Marcos, Giselle Marcos, Jack Smith, Lauren Smith (2014), Leila Jamali, Cyrus Jamali and Brianna Lundy. Remembered by her daughter-in-law Honey Ellerby (Elmer) and many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Jeanie (Telfer) McWhirter and her brothers Bill, Jim and Tom. At Jeanie’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. Inurnment Meadowvale Cemetery and Crematorium, Brampton at a later date. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
