AYRES: Beatice Elaine

AYRES: B. Elaine (Fahrner), Grand Bend. On Friday September 26, 2014, in her 87th year, on a beautiful early autumn night, peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, with her sons by her side. Loved mother of Robin Ayres (Lisa Weingarten) of Toronto and Rand Ayres (Larraine Henderson) of Rondeau. Remembered by David (Susan), Sue (John), Chris, and their families, Lisa’s children Noah and Aaron, and Larraine’s children Melisse and Erica. Also remembered by her sisters-in-law Brenda Maver and Sheila Walker and their families, and Robin and Rand’s father, John Ayres. Predeceased by her parents Everett and Ella (Beaver) Fahrner, brothers Wallace “Wally” (Lois) and Austin “Auz” (Lori) Fahrner, and niece Nancy Fahrner. At Elaine’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date in Crediton Cemetery. After an extensive life of traveling and living across Canada, the United States and Europe, she retired and came home to her favourite place to be with her valued friends, the beach, the parks, the sunsets, and her furry companion Zoe. The family would like to extend sincerest thanks to the exceptional staff of South Huron Hospital and the Lambton EMS personnel for the care and compassion our mom received.
