Surrounded by her family, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, on Sunday, March 27, 2011, Donna Margaret (Lemon) Thomas, of St. Thomas formerly London, passed away in her 78th year. Loved partner of Bob Lynch of London. Dear mother of Wendy and Ken MacDonald of St. Thomas and Bob and June Thomas of Londesborough. Loving grandmother of Robbie and Melissa, Michael and Cindy, Jennifer and Will, Josh and Leanne, Brody; Brent and Alice, Joel; Anthony and Jen, Ashley and of 9 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Bill and Phoebe Ann Lemon of Peachland B.C., Bob and Anita Lemon of Ilderton and Marion Kerslake of Exeter. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased her parents Howard and Vera (Smith) Lemon and one brother-in-law Bob Kerslake. Donna was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Visitation at the Hensall Visitation Chapel, 79 King St. Hensall, Ont. on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the complete funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 1 p.m. Rev Paul Ross officiating.
Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice in her memory. Spring interment Baird’s Cemetery.
