At Columbia Forest Long Term Care, Waterloo, Cecilia Viteline (Ducharme) Jeffrey, formerly of Zurich, passed on Sunday, May 1, 2011 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Joseph Jeffrey. Dear mother of Philip Jeffrey of Kitchener and Sue of Goderich, Ken and Christine Jeffrey of Flamboro, Bill and Pat Jeffrey of Kitchener. Loving grandmother to her 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 step great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Ulene Ducharme. Predeceased by her parents William and Josephine (Denomme) Ducharme, daughter Sarah “Sally” McLaughlin and her husband Claire, sisters Sr. Frances Borgia, Madeline Gelinas, Monica Jeffrey, Marg Masse, Sarah Charrette and Rena Laporte and brothers William (Boye), Isidore, Victor, Nap and Louis Ducharme.
Visitation at the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich, Ont. on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph. Fr Gary Ducharme celebrant. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery. CWL Prayers will be said on Wednesday at 2 p.m. and Parish Prayers at 7 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
