McCulloch, Mya Isabel. Peacefully in her parent’s arms at St. Joseph’s Hospital, London on Sunday, March 29, 2009. After fighting for 17 days Baby Mya began the next chapter of her life by becoming her sister’s guardian angel. Beloved infant daughter of Lindsay (Bauer) and Craig McCulloch of Lucan and twin sister of Alyssa Grace Isabel. Dear granddaughter of Sheila and Doug Bauer of Brussels, Wendy and Rick McGregor of Arkona and Doug and Rose McCulloch of Belmont; and great-granddaughter of Frank and Isobel Burke of Brussels, Charles and Margaret Stuart of London and Jack and Dorothy McCulloch of Dorchester. Niece of Adam Bauer of Brussels and Dale and Cathy McCulloch of Belmont and cousin of Hailey.  Sadly, Mya did not have the opportunity to get to know all of her extended family. Visitation will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Thursday evening 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at Lucan United Church, 142 Main Street, Lucan on Friday, April 3rd at 11 AM with Rev. David Woodall officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Donations to St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation “NICU” would be appreciated by the family.

Edith “Dutchie” (Turner) Wooley

At the Exeter Villa on Monday, March 23, 2009 of Exeter in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Edgar Wooley (1982). Dear mother of Anita and Roy True of Ottawa, Lynn and Whit Kean of Newfoundland, Lorraine and Rick Piedalue of Orangeville, Wesley and Maureen Wooley of Fort McMurray, Alberta and Gail Wooley of Milton. Also missed by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by a grandson Scott. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held on Wednesday, March 25th at 3:30 PM with Rev. Carlton, Norman Robert. Suddenly at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Saturday, March 14, 2009 of Exeter in his 77th year.  Beloved husband of Mary A. (Steele) Carlton of 55 years.  Dear father of Dan Carlton and partner Reta McCauley and Joanne and Douglas Deichert all of Exeter. Survived by his six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dear brother of Ethel and Thomas Colley of Toronto. Brother in-law to Jeanette & Joe Petrilli of Toronto, Crawford Marling of Coldwater and Evelyn Baker of Toronto. Predeceased by his sister Eleanor Marling (1996) and brother Ronald Carlton (2006). Norman was employed with the Ministry of Transportation for many years as the test driver for the commercial vehicle safety research branch. Dear mother of Donnie and Alice Wallis of Lucan, Wayne and Sandra Wallis of Sarnia, Brenda and John McLennan of London and Kevin and Linda Wallis of Lighthouse Point, Florida. Dear grandmother of Linda and David, Faith, Denise and Debra; Leanne, Heather, Krystle and Darryl; and Keith; and great-grandmother of Gwenyth and Lauren; and Grace and Nathan. Dear step-mother of Howie Wells and his sons Chad and Dustin. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Robert (Sonny) Jacobs and Darlene Tilley (Brian) all of Ottawa, Kristine Charlton (Duane) of Oshawa.
