Dear father of Darlene and Bill Bourne of Strathroy. Dear grandfather of Lindsey and Brandon Barclay, Kendra and Ron Kustermans and great-grandfather of Haley and Lexi Barclay. Dear brother of Hazel Beaver of Exeter and Dean Mather of London. Predeceased by sisters Mabel Skinner, Grace Farquhar and Dorothy Patrick and brothers Harry and Russ Snell. Chuck served in the Italian Campaign during WW II (1942-1945) and was also a partner in South End Service in Exeter for many years.
