Passed away peacefully at Jessica’s House on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the age of 75. Loving mother to Barb Kooy, Don Smith, and Cathy Oakes. Proud grandma to Thomas Kooy, Patrick Kooy, Brandon Oakes, and Audrey Oakes. Dear sister and sister-in-law to Alice and Ken Nadon, Ted Farr, Patty and Mike Callcot. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Pearl Farr, and by her sister Barb Peckham and by her brother Don Farr.
She enjoyed quilting and crocheting and found happiness in creating handmade treasures for those she loved. Her creativity, kindness, and the time she spent crafting will be fondly remembered.
Keeping with Donna’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Donations made to Jessica’s House in Donna’s memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
