LOVIE: Unexpectedly, at his residence, on Sunday, January 26, 2020, Edward “Ed” Cecil Lovie of RR 3, Parkhill, age 73. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Paul Lovie of Exeter, Laurie and Ted Stanlake of Grand Bend, Bill Lovie of London and Diane Lovie of Exeter. Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents William “Cecil” (1985) and Olive (Shortt) Lovie (2002), brothers Gary Lovie (2008) and David Lovie (2015) and sister-in-law Sally Lovie (2007). Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 4 to 8 p.m., where the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Steve Stellingwerff Officiant. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery. Ed was a long time ESSO Fuels delivery driver in this area. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
