LOVE: Mary Margaret “Margie” (Cann)

LOVE:  After years of countless Sunday dinners, delicious pies and cookies galore, Mary Margaret “Margie” (Cann) Love, of Grand Bend, in her 88th year,  died peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at Jessica’s House Residential Hospice, Exeter on Thursday, February 7, 2019.  Beloved wife of Jim Love.  Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ginger and Bill Weber, Debbie and Wayne Riddell all of Grand Bend, John and Joan Love of Harpley, Patti and Mark Diamond of Oakville.  Cherished grandma of Julie and Andrew Hern of Costa Rica, Jacob and Amy Weber of Little Britain, Janna-Lynn and Sean Dupree of Boston, Jason and Sarah Riddell of Guelph, Jaci and Jeff Bennett of Breslau, Tom Love of Harpley, Charlie Love and Andrew Macinnes of Victoria, British Columbia, Conrad and Jasmine Love of Centralia, Ava Diamond and Griffin Diamond both of Oakville.  Treasured great-grandma of Stella Hern, Archie Hern, Emily Weber, Liam Weber, Alexis Dupree, Baby Riddell, Atom Love, Carter Love and great-granddogs Jynx, Higgins and Buddy.  Dear sister and sister-in-law of Jean Hodgert, Jack and Mary Cann, Ray and Alice Cann, Ruth Whiting, Helen DesJardine, J. Alex and Margie Love.  Predeceased by her parents Robert and Mary (McCullagh) Cann, brothers-in-law Reg Hodgert, Ellison Whiting, Bill Sturdevant, Emerson DesJardine and sister-in-law Cathy Love.  Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation, on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 12 to 4 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.  Interment Grand Bend Cemetery, at a later date.  If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to Jessica’s House, Huron Shores United Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
