WOOD: Peacefully, at her residence in Grand Cove Estates, Grand Bend, on Monday, June 6, 2016, Doreen (Stevens) Wood, age 84. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Wood (2012). Loved mother of Yvette Brown of Grand Bend. Cherished grandma of Matthew James and Lisa Rosenow of Riverview, NB., Kirsty Louise and Adam Rosenow of Toronto, Nikki-Marie Brown of Toronto. Treasured great-grandma of Sebastien, Oliver, Harriet, Ivy, Dayden and Coen Rosenow. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Lily (Steele) Stevens, sister Patricia, brothers Graham and Robert. At Doreen’s request, cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the South Huron Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood.
