BAKER: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Saturday, April 09, 2005, Glen “Shorty” Baker of Dashwood, age 92. Beloved husband of Arnetta Pauline (Eveland) Baker of Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall. Loved father and father-in-law of Barry & Barb Baker of RR 1, Vienna, Dale & Connie Baker and Bryan Baker all of London, Donna & Bill Bishop of Turkey Point. Also loved by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Bob Baker, Bill & Marg Baker, John & Jan Baker, Meade & Dorothy Baker, Wanda & Adam Wilson, Betty Grenier, Irene Tindall, Clara & Bill Brown, Glady & Grant McGregor, Bridgette Baker, Greta Baker, Frances Gibson and Norm Eveland. Remembered by his many nieces nephews and their families. Predeceased by his son Glenn Baker, brothers Bruce, Austin, Emerson and Murray Baker, sister Eva Berniece, stillborn sibling twins and parents Robert & Clara (Meade) Baker. Resting at T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation on Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at 11 a.m. Pastor John Trembulak officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. If desired, memorials to charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
