MASON: Peacefully, at Blue Water Rest Home, Zurich, on Wednesday, June 25, 2003, Gerald Dean Mason, formerly of Dashwood, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Joy (Desjardine) Mason. Loved father and father-in-law of Larry and Gail Mason of R. R. #3, Zurich, Ron Mason of Exeter, Bonnie Ducharme and fiancé Jordy Speake of Grand Bend, Judy and Joe Simpson of London, John and Natalie Mason of Dashwood, Bill Mason of Exeter and Doug Mason of Dashwood. Loving grandpa of Jennifer Mason, Jacqueline Mason (Eric), Sarah Mason, Gregory Mason, Justin Shaw, Jeremy Mason predeceased (2001), Darren Mason, Steven Ducharme (Marria), Brian Ducharme (Jen), Michael, James and Patricia Simpson, Shawn Mason (Karen), Tracy Mason (Paul), Stephanie Mason (Josh), Steve, Adam and April Mason and great-grandpa of Brandon Noon. Predeceased by his sister Ila (2003) and her husband Gerald O’Rourke (1992), niece Pauline Ducharme (2003), parents Almina (Hutchinson) (1955) and William Mason (1967). Dear brother-in-law of Harry and Marion Desjardine of R. R. #2, Forest, Murton and Myrtle DesJardine of Tiverton, Keith and Grace Desjardine of London, Madeline Desjardine of Crediton and Audrey DesJardine of Atwood. Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation commencing Friday at 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the Church of God, Grand Bend, on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at 2:30 p.m. Pastors Art and Evelyn Krueger officiating.
