MASON: Suddenly, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Friday, December 27, 2002, Hazel Irene (Desjardine) Mason, of Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, formerly of Grand Bend, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd “Pat” Mason (1990). Loved mother of Shirley J. Snell and companion Larry Preszcator of Exeter and the late Lynda Mae Mason (April, 2002). Loving grandmother of Brenda Ann Snell and her husband Mark Wragg of Exeter, William Lloyd Snell of London and great-grandmother of Craig and Brayden. Dear sister of Verna MacGregor and Dorothy Kenney, both of Parkhill. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. Predeceased by her brothers Mervyn and Leonard Desjardine, parents Wilfred and Matilda (Engeland) Desjardine. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation commencing at 12 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2002 followed by the Funeral Service at 1 p.m. The Rev. Harry Disher officiating. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Queensway Nursing Home or charity of choice would be appreciated.
