KENNEY: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Tuesday, July 2, 2002, Gordon Emerson Kenney of Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, formerly of Crediton, in his 73rd year. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Pearl Glanville of Queensway Nursing Home, Ruth and Carl Stire of Exeter, Dorothy Kenney of R. R. #8, Parkhill and Mary Kenney of Crediton. Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his brothers Roy, Cliff, Milton and Howard Kenney, sisters Helen Sims, Dorothy Bender, Gladys Wilhelm, Gertrude Kenney and Jean Schwartzentruber, parents Thomas and Edith (Gillis) Kenney. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Thursday afternoon and evening; where the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 5, 2002 at 11 a.m. Mr. Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Crediton Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Zion United Church, Crediton, Queensway Nursing Home or charity of choice would be appreciated.
