MIDDLETON: Unexpectedly at his residence, on Sunday, December 31, 2000, Gerald Richard “Rick” Middleton of R. R. 1, Grand Bend, formerly of Hensall and British Columbia, in his 50th year. Dear friend and companion of Heather Clarke. Survived by his mother Doris and siblings in Abbotsford, BC. Private visitation was held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, on Wednesday, January 3, 2001. Family interment service at Mt. Lehman Cemetery, Abbotsford, BC. on Monday, January 8, 2001.
