WHITFIELD: Suddenly at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Sunday, January 9, 2000, John Albert Whitfield of R. R. #2, Grand Bend, formerly of Stratford, in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Hiles) Whitfield. Loved father and father-in-law of Steve and Cathy Whitfield of R. R. #1, Dashwood and Hubert Cayer of Clinton. Loving grandpa of Tina Cayer, Jacob Cayer, Tyler and Trevor Whitfield. Predeceased by his daughter, Nikki Cayer (1993), brothers Don and Doug Whitfield, parents Gordon and Ella (Struthers) Whitfield. A Private family gathering will be held at his residence. Interment Bayfield Cemetery.
