DABROWSKI: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Saturday, June 21, 2014, May Josephine “Jo” (Anthony) Dabrowski, of Grand Cove Estates, Grand Bend, age 85. Beloved wife of the late Charles Dabrowski (1996). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Darryl and Faye Dabrowski of St Thomas. Cherished Nana of Kazia Dabrowski and partner Brent Haskell and Gigi (Great-grandma) of Marissa Dabrowski. Dear sister-in-law of Christine Groulx of Mississauga. She will be remembered by her nephew Milton Cowan of Oakville and special friend Gerry Andrew of Grand Bend. Predeceased by her parents Sam and Karolina (Antonijczuk) Kufluk. Jo was active in teaching dancing and performing in theatrical and dance programs in Grand Cove Estates as well as being an active member in the Marie Currie Sklodowska Association in Toronto for many years. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood on Wednesday, June 25, from 7 to 9 p.m., and 1 hour prior to the Funeral Service which will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 1 p.m. The Rev. Fr. Tony Laforet Celebrant. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the Canadian Cancer Society, the South Huron Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
