GABEL: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Friday evening, July 19, 2013, with the knowledge of the love of her family, friends and church community surrounding her, Idella June Gabel, age 84, formerly of RR 3, Zurich. Beloved daughter of the late Arthur and Olive (Zirk) Gabel. Remembered by her cousins, neighbours, friends and her many piano music students. Idella began her piano music career by going from home to home to teach her students, she also taught in several schools at that time before teaching in her own home on Bronson Line, she was the organist at Calvary United Church in Dashwood for many years and played at many other various churches and events. Resting at T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation commencing at 10 a.m, on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 and where the Funeral Service will take place at 11 a.m. Tracey Whitson-Bahro officiating. Interment Emmanuel United Church Cemetery, Bronson Line, RR 3, Zurich. If desired, memorial donations to Calvary United Church, Dashwood, Emmanuel United Church, Zurich (payable by cheque) or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
