WALKER: Peacefully, at Trillium Villa Nursing Home, Sarnia, Thursday, December 29, 2011, Bertram “Bert” Richard Walker, formerly of Grand Bend, age 81. Beloved husband of the late Elsie Olive (Price) Walker (1999). Loved father of Bruce Walker and his wife Marilyn of Sarnia. Loving grandpa of Dwayne Walker and his wife Leanne of Sarnia and great-grandpa of Alexa and Laila. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Terry and Christine Walker, Veronica Walker and Father John Pascoe all of England, Gertrude and Douglas “Bun” Price of Fredericton, NB. Remembered by many nieces and nephews in England and New Brunswick. Predeceased by his sisters Shelah Pascoe, Beatrice and Jean, brothers Jack and Barrie, parents John and Beatrice (Houlston) Walker. Cremation. A Memorial Service will be held at the Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11 a.m., Major Rick Pollard of the Sarnia Salvation Army officiating.
