BURKE: Peacefully, at Blue Water Rest Home, Zurich, Sunday evening, October 30, 2011, Eleanor Amelia (Esch) Burke, age 89, formerly of Exeter. Beloved wife of Patrick James “Jim” Burke of Zurich. Loved mother of Deb and Steve Venner of Exeter, Dawn and Dann McNaughton of Lucan. Predeceased by her son Patrick James (infancy). Loving grandmother of Carrie Venner, Kevin McNaughton, Matthew McNaughton, all of London and Melissa McNaughton of Sarnia. Dear sister of Wilma Flewwelling of Flint, MI. and Ruth Parnham of Burlington. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by sister Lorraine Forbes, her parents Orville and Edith (Weigel) Esch. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes at the Exeter Cemetery.
