BAKER: Peacefully, at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, Tuesday, September 27, 2011, Arnetta Pauline (Eveland) Baker, formerly of Dashwood, age 94. Beloved wife of the late Glen “Shorty” Baker (2005). Loved mother and mother-in-law of the late Glenn Baker Jr. (2000), Barry and Barb Baker of RR 1, Vienna, Dale and Connie Baker and Bryan Baker all of London, Donna and Bill Bishop of Simcoe. Also loved by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Wanda Wilson, Betty Grenier, Bill and Marg Baker, Glady and Grant McGregor, Jan Baker, Dorothy Baker, Irene Tindall, Bill Brown, Bridgette Baker and Greta Baker. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her brothers Albert Eveland, Norman Eveland, William “Bill” Eveland, Leo “Fat” Eveland, sisters Ella Schmidt, Frances Gibson, parents William and Fredericka (Fischer) Eveland. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Friday, September 30, 2011 commencing at 11 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 12 noon. The Rev. John E. Trembulak III officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Spinal Cord Research or Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
