CAPLEN: Unexpectedly, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton, on her birthday, Tuesday, March 1, 2011, Doris P. (Green) Caplen, of Hamilton, formerly of Grand Bend. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years and best friend, Jim (1997), parents James and Jane (Gilmour) Green, brother Gil, sister Mame, cousins Betty Jackson and Fred O’Brien. She will be fondly remembered by her cousins in the Hamilton area, Peggy Whyte and Msgr. Bill O’Brien and Bob and Glen Jackson, her niece Jane Wilson in Hamilton and other nieces and nephew in the Chicago area. “There is a link death cannot sever, Love and Remembrance last forever.” Cremation has taken place. A private family interment service will be held at Exeter Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. T.
