
RUTTEN: In Loving Memory of John Joseph Rutten of Grand Bend, Ontario, who passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by the love of his family on December 16th 2010. Born in Bleiswijk, Holland, December 31st 1919. Beloved husband of wife Christina โTiniโ (Vander Meer) Rutten, predeceased (2002). Dear Father of Theo, Chris & Pete VanBoekel, Pete & Angie, Joanne, Tony, Mary, Teresa, Betty Lukey, Berny & Mark OโMeara, Louise & Brad Hammond. Loving papa of Bert & Shannon, Peter & Sarah, Laurie & Mark, Diane & Kurt; Keri & Ryan, Jim & Krista, John & Katie, Kelly & Darryl; Eric & Dave; Nicole & Jamie, Mike, Brad; Terra, Krystle, & Katie. Great papa of Kyle, Brody & Jenna; Emily & Andrew; Jordan & Matthew; Bianca, Madison & Nathan; Jonah; Dayne, Cohen & Avah; Cole; Spencer & Parker; Joshua, Tyler & Nathan. Favourite brother of Bep, Alice & Annie of Holland. Predeceased by son-in-law Norm Lukey (1989), six brothers and one sister. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home Dashwood, Ontario, with visitation Sunday 5 to 8 p.m. Parish Prayers at 5 p.m. Sunday. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Grand Bend, Ontario, Monday, December 20, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Father Thomas Donohue Celebrant. Interment Pinery Cemetery, Grand Bend. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to a charity of your choice or the Grand Bend Medical Centre. Thanks to Dr OโConnor and the medical staff at the Grand Bend Medical Centre, all the wonderful VHA nurses and palliative care staff of Lambton County.
