BECKER: Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at Exeter Villa Nursing Home, Exeter, Sunday, May 23, 2010, Gordon Henry Becker, of Exeter and formerly of RR 3, Dashwood, age 96. Beloved husband of the late Rosannah “Rose” Bessie (Judd) Becker (1999). Loved father and father-in-law of Sylvia and Michael Flynn of London, Faye Rader of Exeter and friend Robert Heckman, Walter “Wally” and Mary Lou Becker of Huron Park, Lorraine “Lorrie” Culnan of Exeter. Loving grandfather and great-grandfather of Michelle and Peter Stehouwer (Spencer, Corbin), Stephanie and Mark Lawrence, Robert Rader and companion Deborah Williams (Megan, Charlotte, Danielle), Shelli and Brian McCallum (Matthew, Jonathan), Shauna and Duane Maier (Cassie, Ariana), Shari Becker. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Dorothy Restemayer of Dashwood, Ruth Kraft of Exeter, Gladys Morlock of Waterloo, Helen Becker of New Hamburg, Alice Birch, Arva Godfrey, Anne Phelan, Gordon, Rosella, Josephine, Isabelle, Beatrice and Pauline Judd. Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by parents William and Clara (Wurm) Becker, his siblings and in-laws Greta Kerr (John), Loreen Fenton (Howard), Bertha Becker , Arnold Becker (Lillian), Wally Becker, Melvin Restemayer, Harold Kraft, Fred Morlock. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation on Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Dashwood, on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at 11 a.m. The Rev. John Trembulak III officiating. Interment Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations to the Exeter Villa, Zion Lutheran Church or charity of choice would be appreciated. Gordy was a long time employee of Centralia Farmer’s Supply.
