WEBB: Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Monday, November 16, 2009, Glen Webb, of RR 2, Dashwood, age 82. Beloved husband of Doreen (McClinchey) Webb. Loved father of Anne and the late Bill Schade (2003), Doris and the late Joseph Wragg (1990). Loving grandfather of Karen Schade and companion Jason, Christine McArthur and husband Ernie, Blake Schade and wife Sheri, Heather Wragg and husband Scott and Joseph Craig Wragg. Great-grandfather of Sydney and Gavin McArthur, Caitlyn and Zachary Bashara. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Morris and Kay Webb, Ray and Joan Webb, Donna and Herb Klopp. Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents, Stewart (1980) and Maurine (Isaac) (1985)Webb. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Wednesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Craig Lodge No. 574 will hold a service at the Funeral Home, Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Zurich, Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 1 p.m. The Rev. Richard Holm officiating. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, South Huron Hospital Foundation, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church or charity of choice would be appreciated. Glen was a man of many talents: farmer, stonemason and real estate appraiser. He was a former Reeve of Stephen Township, past Warden of Huron County (1965), active supporter of the Progressive Conservative Party, past Master of Craig Lodge No. 574, past Patron of O.E.S. Exeter Chapter No. 222, past Director of the Royal Order of Jesters London Court No. 56, former Snake Charmer and Honorary Life Member Oriental Band of Mocha Temple, proud Manager of the Dashwood Tigers Baseball Team.
