DESJARDINE: Peacefully, at Exeter Villa Nursing Home, Thursday, March 6, 2008, Janet Evelyn (Turnbull) Desjardine, formerly of RR1, Grand Bend, age 91. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Desjardine (1975). Dear mother and mother-in-law of Russell and Marilee Desjardine of Bruce Mines, Ross and Marian Desjardine of Parkhill, Valerie and Bob Syer of Kitchener, Ray “Butch” and Mariette Desjardine of RR 5, Goderich. Loved by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their families. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her sisters Agnes Patterson, Mabel Gill, Ruth Hendrick and Olive Miller. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; where the funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 11 a.m. Mr. Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, South Huron Hospital Campaign Fund or charity of choice would be appreciated.
