Suddenly at his home on November 30, 2022 of Seaforth and formerly of St. Marys at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Georgina (Scheurman) Reynolds for 52 years. Cherished father of Karl Reynolds (Lindsay Prentice) of Copetown, and Lisa Reynolds (Ewen Bower) of London, England. Loving grandpa of Walker Reynolds. Dear brother of Ron Reynolds (Mary), and brother-in-law of Caroline Thompson (Thomas), Christie Penner (Clint), Barbara Scheurman, and Clarence Scheurman (Nancy). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Josephine (Blackwell) and Percy Reynolds, and 3 sisters.
David enjoyed attending both his son and daughter’s sporting events, watching all types of racing, including his grandson’s motocross. As one of the husband’s of summer, he was always by George’s side for all her sporting events and cheering her on. David was a very talented woodworker; he made many projects which he shared with his family and friends. He also was an avid collector of model cars, a photographer and lover of nature. His projects and collections will forever be treasured.
In keeping with David’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private celebration of David’s life will be held. Inurnment at Maitlandbank Cemetery.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).
