You are invited to join us for our tree planting dedication service, which will be held in person: Sunday, September 15, 2024.
Please gather at 1:30 pm for a short ceremony, which will begin at 2:00 pm at the Morrison Dam Conservation Area (east of Exeter at 71108 Morrison Line – see below for a map)
A tree will be planted throughout the various areas of the Commemorative Tree Groves and Watershed Area of the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority in the upcoming year, in memory of your loved one. On the day of our dedication service, we will be planting a few trees to represent all the trees that will be planted in the next year.
Only one invitation per family has been sent, so please extend this invitation to all family members and friends who may want to attend. The service will take place – rain or shine.
The South Huron Trail Mobile will be available to help anyone who may need assistance.
Dress casually and please bring a lawn chair and umbrella for shade or shelter in case of rain.

In the upcoming year, if you are able, we encourage you and your family to visit the Morrison Dam Conservation Area. You can enjoy nature together, and experience the beautiful space where we hold our in-person, annual Dedication Service. See below for more information if you’ve never been to the Conservation Area before.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).
