Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Exeter Villa on Sunday, August 26, 2007 Wm. Douglas Parker of Exeter in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Henny (Plantinga) Parker. Dear father of Steven and Angela Parker and Christina and Jamie Parker all of Exeter. Dear grandfather of Ethan. Dear son of Eileen Parker of Exeter and the late William Parker (1974). Dear brother and brother-in-law of Betty and Larry Johnson of Manitoba, Barbara and Geoff Graham of Burlington, David and Lois Parker and John and Eleanor Parker all of London, Beverley and Garry Kline of Exeter and Linda Parker of Grand Bend. Predeceased by a brother Jim (2006). Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Kirkton Road at Highway 4, on Wednesday, August 29th at 2 PM with Pastor Kevin Rutledge and Pastor Scott Stein officiating.
