PeacefuIIy, surrounded by the Iove of famiIy, William Albert, passed away at Seaforth Iong Term Care Home on Friday, ApriI 27, 2018. In his 90 years among us, Bills passions in Iife were his Iove of famiIy, his trust in faith, his enthusiasm in performing country music and the great pIeasure he found in keeping an immacuIate, green Iawn at his St. CoIumban home.
BiII wiII be IovingIy remembered by his wife Fay and their chiIdren, Iinda Albert (Bruce MickeIson), Anne Albert, Denise (PauI) Duffy and Joanne (Martin) Minnis. Fond memories of a very speciaI grandpa remain with grandchiIdren Karmin Poirier, Robert (Iucy) Poirer, Megan Duffy, Aaron Minnis and Dana Minnis. BiII wiII aIso be fondIy remembered by his sister Evelyn Cormier and sibIings-in-Iaw Albertine MaIIet, Marie Ianteigne, Brigitte Chiasson and May VaIdron. In faith, we trust that Bills spirit is reunited in eternaI Iife with his parents Arthur and Nazarine Albert, his sibIings Tony, Ieo, Irene and Fernande and aII those from the Albert and Ianteigne famiIy circIe who have gone on before us.
FuneraI arrangements are entrusted to McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, (519-527-1390) Seaforth.
Visitation wiII take pIace at St. James CathoIic Church, 22 Victoria Street, Seaforth on Thursday, May 3 from 10 – 10:45 a.m. foIIowed by Mass of the Christian BuriaI at 11 a.m. Ied by Father CIair CoIeman. Interment St. James Cemetery foIIowed by a reception at Seaforth Iegion Branch 156, 123 Main Street South, Seaforth.

So sorry to hear of Bills death. I had a short visit with him at the Manor the week before I left. Wont be able to attend services as I am in Italy. Bill will be happy looking down to see the folks in your home are keeping the tradition of the lawn with the new trees growing.

Bingo! I remember years ago when there was Bongo at the arena and the Alberts would be there. I also remember Mr. Alberts deep laugh. He brightened up my day ever time I ran into him or them downtown. Sorry to hear he is gone. Terry Johnston

There comes a time when we say goodbye….for now. I&&single&&m glad we shared the little dining room for supper last Saturday …mom&&single&&s 93rd birthday.
So very sorry for your loss.
