Suddenly, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Monday, October 20, 2008 Walter John Westlake of Exeter in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Noel (Wood) Westlake. Dear father of John Westlake and Bonnie Westlake and Peter Rowan all of Exeter. Dear grandfather of Krista and Jasmine; and Tristen. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Grant and Doris Westlake, Milo Westlake, Floyd Westlake and Linda and Wayne Clipperton all of Exeter, Mabel and Lloyd Glanville of Brussels, Josephine and Larry Windsor of Sarnia, Harold and Ruth Westlake of Dashwood, Rosemarie Van der Veen of Mt. Carmel, Calvin and Suzanne Westlake of Kirkton and Mary Westlake of Exeter. Special uncle to Tony, Terry, Trudee, Teresa and Tracey and their families and godfather of Shane and Joey. Predeceased by a sister-in-law Hilda Westlake. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Huron SPCA (Humane Society) would be appreciated by the family.
